SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When buying products from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
Why do we ask for your phone number?
We ask your phone number only to call in case we have questions with your order.

How do you get my consent?

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 – BIG COMMERCE
Our store is hosted on Big Commerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Big Commerce data storage, databases and the general Big Commerce application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Big Commerce stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

SECTION 8 - Google Analytics Advertising Features
To help us learn more about the people visiting our site, we use Google services. This information is only used internally. We may use it with marketing and advertising support, but only for our own business.
This information never identifies individuals. In fact, Google doesn't let us use this feature unless we commit to never sharing individually-specific information gathered with these tools. It does try to profile visitors, by age, location, gender, and the types of websites they like to visit.
Google Analytics can therefore give us some insights about visitors such as their age, gender and interests. For example, we can see how many of our visitors are women. Of course, if you become a customer you share much more detailed information with us anyway, such as your name and contact details.

Your visit to this site improves the accuracy of this data for us and for other businesses which also use Google Analytics. It help us make sure we are relevant to our visitors. Some websites, but not ours, may use this information to show you advertisements based on your profile.
Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google. Google utilizes the data collected to track and examine the use of shop.vci.com.au, to prepare reports on its activities for CSD Clinics and share them with other Google services.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
CSD Clinics Online Shop takes the upmost precautions to protect users’ information. When sensitive information is submitted via the web site, that information is encrypted and is protected by industry standard technology equivalent to that used by Banks for online banking transactions. Our secure web pages use an SSL certificate to ensure secure transmission of your information. This ensures that all information you send via the World Wide Web will be encrypted. If any other Internet user intercepts the communication, he/she will only be able to see it in an encrypted (garbled) form. Certificate technology allows us to decrypt the information and view it in plain text form.

Please do not be offended if we contact you requiring additional verification of your credit details as this is for your protection.
