DELIVERY

CSD Clinics Online Shop gladly accepts orders from within Australia. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the volume & the delivery address for your order. All our deliveries will be handled by our preferred courier, and it is assured that you are paying the lowest courier charges in par with the market. 

All the shipping charges will be clearly displayed on customer order confirmation and invoices, and he/she will only be liable to pay the total amount including shipping cost.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your purchase at CSD Clinics Online Store. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

The product must be returned unused or used to the minimum extent (when the product is exactly as described, but you found that it is not suitable anyway). This also covers times when you order the wrong product. In this case, you can still return for a refund or exchange, but please note that the items must be unopened and unused, and the return must be made within 30 days. Refunds will be made using the same method used to make payment for the order.

 

RETURN PROCESS

Return postage will be reimbursed in case of defective or incorrectly sent items and will be credited using the same method used to pay for the order, or through store credit in special circumstances. We do not reimburse return postage for other returns.

REFUNDS

Australian law limits on how retailers can limit your rights to return or refund a product if it is unfit for the purpose described to you or if it is faulty.

You need to pay for the cost of returning the product, but we will refund you a reasonable amount for this. Under law, returns made for reasons described by the Law give you the choice to demand a refund or a replacement product.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund, store credit or exchange. Please allow at least 3 to 5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your refund, store credit or exchange. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company, store credits will be processed within 1 business day. We will notify you by email when your refund, store credit or exchange has been processed. 

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact our customer service via email below to arrange a refund, store credit or exchange.

Please Note

To initiate your refund, store credit or exchange, you will need to contact customer service for an agreement on either you will require a full or partial refund, store credit or an exchange of the item(s) which you purchased.
